Event planning
Our experienced team will liaise with and coordinate multiple vendors to tailor their services to your specific requests. Leveraging our effective communication and organizational expertise, we will ensure flawless coordination among vendors, aligning them on setup timelines and requirements.
Please take note that an event planning fee will be automatically applied when selecting services beyond the main backdrop area :
The fee structure is as follows:
- An additional $125 per service (up to a maximum of 4 services)
- Once you exceed three additional services, the full event planning fee will take effect.
- The full event planning fee commences at a starting rate of $999+
